My passion is to turn ideas into products. Problems that I have worked on include: How large facilities can turn efficient and reliable using real-time data. Nudging energy consumers to pick efficient choices (1st in India) with personalized reports. Building smaller and affordable homes in urbanizing India. Meeting all the constraints and the timeline in India's first moon mission at ISRO. From my 12 years of work-ex, I believe that execution matters more than the idea. For doing just about anything you need both passion and discipline. I have learnt the hard way failing faster (with affordable losses) and iterating upon is always prudent. And in fast-changing environment adaptability is just as important as experience.So long as it gets the job done, I have worn many hats as a product manager, engineer, marketer, ran operations. I have coordinated programs and did fire fighting in large 40 person teams. On the other side I have built a startup ground up.
