Host vTaiwan since 2016. vTaiwan is a community-run public consultation process for digital regulatory reforms. The civic tech community brings together Taiwan's citizens and government to deliberate on national issues, and has influenced the regulation towards Uber in Taiwan. It operates through weekly meetups and shares updates to its homebase, g0v.tw, the largest civic tech community in the world that hosts hackathons in Taiwan every other month. In 2023, vTaiwan received OpenAI's grant for Democratic Input to AI and kickstarted making a recursive deliberation space.

Spearhead AI research and craft system demonstrators using democratic technologies such as Holochain

Established a sustainable investment venture capital (VC), investing in seed-stage to series A foodtech startups in France, Indonesia and Türkiye.

Guided the company's strategic direction with responsible use of AI technologies

Joined this foodtech startup to build a camera-based tracking product for home kitchen environment.

Taught IDP program's Industry Project and the course Design in Policy Making

Co-founded PDIS in Executive Yuan, the executive branch of the government of Taiwan, with the Digital Minister Audrey Tang. PDIS is an innovation lab that works on open government, social innovation and the youth council. It provides channels for civic engagements, sets up a cross-ministerial policymaking process, works on digital regulatory reforms with grassroots civic tech communities, and supports the operation of Social Innovation Lab. Interim lead for the design system team, and delivered the first design system for government digital service in Taiwan based on NDC's digital service principles.

Contributed to Machinic Life exhibition in Museum of the Future in Dubai

Co-founded a startup focus on designing and delivering educational heardware for children with Autism and Sensational Disorders. Built upon insights and prototypes developed during my graduation project at CIID (Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design), transforming the concept into a working product.

Worked in Magic Labs, an HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) research group for smart wearable devices. My main focus was in proprioception inputs, exploring how wearables can sense and respond to users' body movements and positions to enable intuitive control and feedback mechanisms.
