Our self worth and happiness goes up and down in proportion with our net worth. From years of study and research I have learnt that happiness is an inside job and a learnable skill. I have made it my life mission to help corporate leaders and high achievers bring about balance in their life by prioritizing well being and happiness. I am the founder and Chief Happiness officer of ‘School of Happiness’ which aims at opening hearts, enriching lives and enlightening minds. My understanding and knowledge come from my personal experiences and a dedication to an understanding of the meaning of happiness through studies in Vedanta, positive psychology, neuroscience, epigenetics, and various mind/body/spirit healing techniques.I am a life long learner and a keen adventurer.
