Let's start with what I am not! I am no Anthony Robbins, I am a terrible singer and hopeless stand up comic so unless I have lots of training I cannot visualize myself doing either any time soon! Neither do I have the wonderful inspirational skills of Richard Branson or any other high profile motivator.I am however a natural connector and I always seek out ways to help whoever I am talking to either giving them some ideas, some pitfalls or an introduction to someone I know. As CIO of Inspirators I am developing a platform which recognises, appreciates and empowers anyone to be inspirational in their own unique way to another who seeks their individual and particular skills, knowledge and experience.

The Golden Gurus Program provides Mature Age Australians (aged 50 years and over) with a range of opportunities to support community organisations and small businesses.This national Program aims to recognise the valuable contribution that Mature Age people make to Australian communities and small businesses. On the Gold Coast we have a very experienced and supportive group of mentors who have voluntered their time to assist local small businesses and nfp organisations to move from Good to GREAT!

Empowering Vocational Trainers to concentrate on training not paperwork.Tapping into Government Funded Initiatives and traineeships allowing trainers who care to be rewarded more fairly for their skills and experience in training, coaching, mentoring and encouraging trainees to achieve great results.

Hospitality, Retail, Transport and Logistics,OH & S, Business and TAA I was the go to trainer for a raft of units as required for Traineeships under Government funded initiatives. My final position included the responsibility of the Administration Office when the RTO sold management rights for the training to Sugar International.I was training groups in, Frontline Management for Queensland Airports and Blue Care, TAA for Queensland Health and numerous other trainees in Traineeships.
