Facilities Co-OrdinatorCbre Australia Aug 2012 - Apr 2013175 Castlereagh St SydneyActively manage a 13 Story building with both Government and private Tenants,The building was up for sale by Stockland and to ensure that the sale went threw i worked closely with all tenants contractors and suppliers to ensure the building was compliant and that all tenant issues were met in a timely manor,During my time at this property a few major projects were under way.*A major lift upgrade by kone as these were one of the oldest lifts in Sydney with major wait times resulting in a huge amount of tenant Complaints.*New BMS installed for mechanical services i worked very closely with installer and mechanical contractor to work out any issues and to ensure that the plant rooms and services were running efficiently.*New chiller was installed prior to taking over building,same as for the BMS i worked very closely in ironing out any issues esp configuring the both together and also to ensure that the chiller was running efficiently. .*New fire hydrant system was installed into the plant room to bring the building up to code,i worked with existing installer and work colleagues to ensure the install was completed within standard and also investigated a issue with the hydrant back flow as this was holding the project being signed off,issues were resolved.*A few tenants had vacated out of building and with my colleagues and my self we organizing contractors for a make good of these areas.Working with the above projects and working closely with our contractors i had increased services and the over all cleanliness and facade of the building thus reducing complaints and most importantly ensuring that the tenants resign a new lease agreement making the building viable for sale to the new owner. -
