I consider myself extremely lucky that my day job involves SEO, various forms of digital marketing, managing writers, writing (mostly Linux) tutorials, and setting up WordPress websites. I'd do my job for free because I love it so much. I am not an expert in any of these fields, but that's what I love about my job. I get to learn new things every day, and then share that knowledge with others through writing. I'm currently trying to get into Machine Learning/Deep Learning because it's incredible to me, and so much fun. I nag everyone around me about how interesting it is, and try to get them interested in it too. I'm also playing around with generative art at the moment. I'm a believer in FOSS and open standards, and try to help others whenever I can. I'm also extremely passionate about minimizing costs for things like settings up websites and hosting, so that people who can't afford it can still have a chance at building something great - for example, some foundational knowledge + $5/month server + WordPress + ~$10/year domain = a fast website that anyone can have that can handle a lot of traffic. Less technically-inclined people just need some help and solid guidance to get started.I usually overthink things, which makes me somewhat of a slow learner because I need detailed explanations. However, this also makes me passionate about writing detailed and easy to understand tutorials. I want to help others learn in the way that I wish I had been taught.
