As a Program Director, the following are my responsibilities: • Setting the program's vision and strategic direction.• Curating practical and sustainable solutions. • Crafting compelling narratives and spreading awareness.• Building partnerships and empowering communities.

Your Trusted Consultant Partner with 10 plus years experience working in sustainability sector. • Sustainability ReportingAssist organizations in developing comprehensive sustainability reports aligned with global frameworks (GRI, IFC and UNGC) which includes analyzing data as well as preparing reports. This will enhance transparency, attract responsible investors, and benchmark performance.• Stakeholder Management Support clients to prepare stakeholder engagement plans, facilitate consultations and provide training. This will build trust, manage risks, and gain valuable insights for decision-making with your stakeholders. • Grievance Mechanism Support to establish operational grievance mechanism design and manage a robust system for receiving, investigating, and resolving stakeholder concerns related to sustainability impacts. This will promote accountability, address issues proactively, and strengthen social license to operate.•Corporate Communication Support to develop clear and compelling communication strategies to effectively communicate sustainability efforts to diverse audiences. This will raise awareness of your stakeholders, build brand reputation, and gain stakeholder support for sustainability initiatives.•Corporate Social Responsibility Help clients to design community investment programs that promote shared value by conducting community consultation and needs assessments for making a positive difference in the communities where the operation is located.• Capacity Building Provide training on Sustainability, Stakeholder Management, Grievance Mechanism, Corporate Social Responsibility, Project Management and Leadership to bridge the knowledge gaps of the organization’s management and employees, NGOs & CSOs, community leaders and youths.

• Ensure all internal operations run smoothly within Yever and contribute to maintaining Yever's brand and work at the highest quality and ethical conduct standards• Analyze, improve and implement Yever's organizational policies and procedures to improve quality, productively, and efficiency• Lead, and support human resource management • Oversee the global communication of Yever• Promote and enhance Yever's values, ethics, and culture internally and externally by conducting training for the team and representing member organizations such as BCGE

• Supporting the development and implementation of the Project Stakeholder Engagement Plan with regard to environmental and social (E&S) aspects; aiming to link Project objectives and the specific requirements of each stakeholder group. • Supporting development, implementation, and monitoring of the Project Grievance Mechanism. • Supporting maintaining stakeholder relationships through regular communication activities as identified with each stakeholder, including field communication.

Participating in the YSEALI Professional Fellow Program in 2019 was a transformative experience that profoundly impacted my life. Focused on Sustainable Development and the Environment, the program broadened my horizons and enriched my perspective. Key highlights included ICMA training sessions in Washington, DC, and attendance at the ICMA Annual Conference in Nashville. These experiences deepened my understanding of leadership, ethics, and the foundations of sustainable community development. An invaluable part of my journey was a three-week internship in the Town of Norwood, where I explored waste management and sustainable practices at the local level. Witnessing the positive impact of these initiatives reinforced my commitment to sustainability. Interacting with diverse, young leaders from around the world during the program underscored the global nature of sustainability challenges and the power of collaboration. After the program, I initiated knowledge-sharing programs with the Tamil Youth Association and former colleagues, empowering youth with newfound insights and skills.

• Facilitating the delivery of sustainability projects by engaging with relevant client stakeholders, ensuring high-quality consultancy solutions are delivered on time and within budget. • Coordination with clients to organize workshops/ training and campaign throughout the project period. • Conduction training on stakeholder engagement, grievance mechanisms, and Corporate Social Responsibility for client organizations if required. • Supporting the development of consultancy resources and tools including campaigns. • Supporting business development by providing insights and identifying opportunities. • Supporting executive management with drafting project proposals and budgets.

- Supporting capacity development initiatives by facilitating training, Corporate Social Responsibly training, and workshops for management and staff. - Supporting to development of the design and content for all communications relating to corporate responsibility. - Responsible to organize and arrange workshops, campaigns, training, and travel arrangement for all stakeholder engagement of the department. - Responsible for preparing office letters and reporting to government officials in both Burmese and English. - Assisting with audits and inspections to ensure that progress is made and best practices adopted. - Managing department budget and expenditure and preparing monthly and yearly expenditure reports.
