Process Development• Responsible for litho layers being printed on ASML EUV, Immersion and Nikon Immersion Scanners.• Proficient at managing New Product Introduction (NPIs) for Intel’s advanced technology nodes, working in a high pressure environment requiring troubleshooting NPI issues in a time crunch.• Experience with troubleshooting process issues in lithographic patterning using CD-SEM tools forconducting print tests to identify reticle defects, exposure-focus process window mapping by writing custom CD-SEM recipes, and data analysis using statistical tools.• Responsible for ensuring seamless processing of wafers through lithography across a range of products on Intel’s 7 nm and 5 nm node for 5 different layers in the backend and upper backend, interfacing with stakeholders including integrators, equipment module owners.Equipment Development• As a lithography track tool owner, duties involved troubleshooting tool errors, conducting experiments for process improvement on lithography track tools and being on-call for several tools in the fleet.• Involved with qualifying novel materials for use in lithography underlayers.• Developed track process recipes for reducing resist and solvent consumption and improving yield using Design of Experiments (DOE) principles. Data showed yield improvement across 10 nm, 7 nm and 5 nm process nodes, maximization of run rate and MOR reduction on litho tracks and over $65M/yr in solvent cost saving.
