Td Module And Integration Yield Engineer (Lithography)
Process Development• Responsible for litho layers being printed on ASML EUV, Immersion and Nikon Immersion Scanners.• Proficient at managing New Product Introduction (NPIs) for Intel’s advanced technology nodes, working in a high pressure environment requiring troubleshooting NPI issues in a time crunch.• Experience with troubleshooting process issues in lithographic patterning using CD-SEM tools forconducting print tests to identify reticle defects, exposure-focus process window mapping by writing custom CD-SEM recipes, and data analysis using statistical tools.• Responsible for ensuring seamless processing of wafers through lithography across a range of products on Intel’s 7 nm and 5 nm node for 5 different layers in the backend and upper backend, interfacing with stakeholders including integrators, equipment module owners.Equipment Development• As a lithography track tool owner, duties involved troubleshooting tool errors, conducting experiments for process improvement on lithography track tools and being on-call for several tools in the fleet.• Involved with qualifying novel materials for use in lithography underlayers.• Developed track process recipes for reducing resist and solvent consumption and improving yield using Design of Experiments (DOE) principles. Data showed yield improvement across 10 nm, 7 nm and 5 nm process nodes, maximization of run rate and MOR reduction on litho tracks and over $65M/yr in solvent cost saving.
Research Assistant
Microfluidic experiments for two-phase atmospheric aerosol measurements, the study of fundamental emulsion properties, coalescence and separation of liquid-liquid emulsions, surfactant theory and applications, hydrodynamics of fluid flow in microfluidic devices, interfacial rheology of surfactant-laden systems, rheological measurement techniques.
Teaching Assistant
Teaching assistant for graduate level course 'Thermodynamics of Fluid Flow with Applications'Topics covered include Basics of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics - governing equations of conservation of mass, momentum, and energy, basics of compressible flows and shock waves, flow through nozzles and diffusers with and without frictional effects.
Teaching Assistant
Teaching assistant for undergraduate Fluid Mechanics.Topics covered include: fluid statics, fluid kinematics, dynamics and Navier-Stokes equations, inviscid and incompressible flows, boundary layer theory and external flow
Intern
Analyzed flow at Mach 3 over a generic ogival missile geometry, with canards and fins. Created a parametric code in WorkBench.Created a structured mesh over geometry using ICEM. External aerodynamic analysis using ANSYS Fluent.
Intern
Design optimization using MATLAB and CFD for flow of air through a filter housing installed upstream of an industrial compressor,Developed a MATLAB code to optimize weather hood and transition duct geometry. Validated geometries using ANSYS Fluent. Optimized design ultimately reduces pressure drop in filter housing and avoids damage to compressor blades.
Intern
Worked in a team of 4 to analyze wing tank refueling system in a military aircraft. Optimized the geometry of the refueling system to avoid pressure rise in the wing tank during refueling.Analyzed the effect of wing tank pressurization using LMS Flowmaster and ANSYS Fluent.
