A communication scholar as well as professional, I started my career with the the top communication firms in India working with an array of premium clients. I thoroughly enjoyed dabbling with public affairs at CII and also had a short stint with the government sector as a Communication Expert posted at the Chief Minister's Office in a state. The desire to strike that delicate professional and personal balance led me to academics. I completed my PhD under UGC's National Research Fellowship (JRF/SRF). My research focused on enriching rural education through cost effective, easily implementable and scalable communication interventions. I have taught at two Central Universities; completed a fully funded, independent research project and published my work in multiple national and international journals.I am also associated with a group of amazing professionals who have created a research driven platform for specialized reporting around CSR and ESG in India.
