I completed my master's in Computer Applications. But somewhere deep down in the heart there was a wish to be into management. But I do not regret doing MCA because that journey of 3 years helped me to realize my dreams, my passion. This journey helped me to skill up myself. I completed my internship with Veritas Technologies into Business Operations. Later, to start my career into management I entered into industry as a recruiter, working with IT consultancy. And then moved on to bigger roles like HR associate and Talent Manager respectively. In my college days, I have worked as Ladies Representative, Joint General Secretary and General Secretary respectively. Thanks to my college I got experience in event planning too.I love to talk with people, understand their work, understand their problems and work on it along with them. Considering my interest, I would love to level up my career into different roles like HR Generalist, People Engagement Specialist, Associate Project Manager. I have experience in Team Management, People Management, People Engagement, Event Management, etc.I am here to help everyone out there who wants to achieve their dreams.
