• Develop and maintain a current account plan of recruitment for major client detailing our current business with the client, and our plans to grow the business within the account.•Performs initial analysis, work-flow assessments and periodic reviews of implementations to ensure client requirements are met.• Sharing the short listed profiles post preliminary scanning with client and maintaining the pipeline of qualified candidates for the further stages of placement, as per the clients' requirements• Build appraisal system and appraise staff (including consultants) accordingly.• To maximize business revenue and margin and negotiate profitable contracts for Magna by proposing rates within our target profit range.•Build and manage a business pipeline to exceed goals for revenue and contribution margin.•Development of new accounts, selling new staffing model to existing accounts, and management of resources performing on accounts.•Manage multiple Client Relationships and engagements. Maintain relationships with clients/hiring managers so as to receive ongoing requirements.•Ensured client accounts were managed with an effective customer centric approach consistently looking for opportunities to increase business/revenue.•Negotiate and finalize contracts and SLAs. Develop and maintain various reports like costing and earning per employee.•Monitor quality of service, including quality of applicants•Regular interaction with client to have clarity on job descriptions and discuss profiles•Understanding of long-term business relationships. Interface with all levels of management and support client's project or staffing needs
