1. Presently working as an “EXECUTIVE ( DESIGN & SOFTWARE ) with Precise Vacuum systems Pvt. Ltd. , H38/39, MIDC AMBAD, Nasik from 6th September 2004. Present work profile: •To understand user’s requirements. Finalise the control schematic and PLC configuration. Preparing P&I Diagrams.•To prepare Bill of material. Indents through ERP.•To develop Process Logic and PLC I/O List.•PLC ladder development according to the process logic.•Field I/O Interfacing with PLC.•Control panel testing and interfacing of plant with PLC.•Interfacing of PID controllers, TMP controllers and MMI using RS232 port with PLC.•User interface screens development with SCADA/ LabView.•HARDWARE MIMIC interfacing with PLC.•Installation and commissioning at site.•Project review reports and compliance report preparation.•To develop Microcontroller based instruments. 2.Worked with Vision Medical Systems, Mumbai from 21st May 2004 to 30th August 2004 as an Sr.FIELD ENGINEER for Agilent Technologie’s Analytical Instruments like HPLC, GC etc.3 Advanced Training: During 4th February to 16th February 2001 visited KNAUER GERMANY for advanced Training on KNAUER HPLC systems including various types of HPLC PUMPS, DETECTORS, AUTOSAMPLERS and SMB SYSTEMS.

It is an ISO 9002 company manufacturing Microprocessor / Microcontroller based Analytical and Environmental Monitoring Instruments. Major Achievements: Developed Microcontroller 8751 based Scanning UV-VIS HPLC DETECTOR including Monochromator, Preamplifier, CPU and Power Supply boards.Responsible for complete production and testing of HPLC detector.Responsible for testing, repairing of different electronic controls, amplifiers of GC.Responsible for testing of DATA ACQUSITION CARDS Single & multi channels.
