Role;Heading one Chrome ore Beneficiation Plant project (30 TPH ) and operating one Metal Recovery plant to extract Ferro chrome alloy metal from Slag generated from two 9 MVA furnaces The Beneficiation plant project (30TPH) consist of Crushing, Grinding ,and Beneficiation Circuit . The beneficiation circuit consist of Hydro cyclone, Spirals ,Shaking Tables and Fluidized bed separator .The tailings separation system includes Thickners and Filter press to make dry the tailings slurry for disposal Over all responsibility to implement the Chrome Ore Beneficiation Plant project as per schedule and complete within stipulated time till trial run .Responsible for operation , maintenance and quality control of one Metal recovery plant( Ferro Chrome Slag) Preparation of yearly master plan for Production, maintenance and quality check up to reduce the loss of metal in Rejects . Organizing the available human resources in different sections to achieve the targeted production .Monitoring the parameters of production, maintenance and quality of product both in terms of quantity and quality Ensures all established cost ,quality and delivery commitmentEstablish standard and analyze cost vs benefit of plant operation.Adhere to local safety rules and ensure plant meets OSHA requirementsHave done continuous process improvement to ensure smooth plant operation to get optimum recovery from slag with required quality.Have done advance maintenance system to minimise unplanned breakdowns and optimum plant availability.Have done a water reclaiming system to avoid water loss to minimize fresh water requirementsHands on exposure of implementing ISO9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, EMS 14001:2004 ,5S. ,Kaizen ,TPM etc
