• Design debugging tools, researching existing system deficiencies and flaws in customer environment and proposing strategies and ideas around software design activities so as to improve quality of existing products and making it easier to diagnose issues• Writing Knowledge base articles and case studies on specific debugging techniques and problem scenarios and creation of E-learning modules for training in-house teams on the art of debugging Citrix products such as XenApp and XenDesktop

• Requirement gathering and analysis for Point of Sale (POS) migration projects based on input from the relevant stakeholders to understand and evaluate need for migration and complexities of the design• Developing the framework and writing the libraries for device, database, network etc., interactions, that would form the core for the migrated application design• Writing code and performing unit testing with Visual Studio, for existing POS apps being migrated from Win 32 architecture to .Net framework, to meet requirements and technical specifications• Maintaining program code and executing change requests based on updated requirements to migration framework and POS apps• Maintaining the Intranet web deployment with redesign of web pages and addition of features during a migration from ASP to ASP.NET• Automating the sales and usage report generation using Crystal Reports
