In strong collaboration with Impelsys, it provides key Infrastructure and Content Services and Solutions to Laerdal Medical AS, the American Heart Association and RQI Partners. My role is to establish Laerdal Bangalore LLP, implement robust systems and processes, ensure governance, execute flawlessly and scale the operations to cater to the global requirements of Laerdal, AHA and RQI Partners.

Responsible for streamlining operations and driving business at eLearning and Technology Services divisions of Impelsys.

Tvara is a Bangalore based high-tech startup focusing on Mobile Internet Devices and customer facing solutions for Automotive and Hospitality industries. The solution includes a high-end semi-rugged 8.9" touch screen mobile device (with integrated GSM/GPRS, GPS, WLAN, Bluetooth, FM Transmitter, Camera, Magnetic Card Reader, Barcode Scanner), industry specific bundled applications and hosted content delivery framework that can feed high definition interactive location-aware Ads, Movies, Music, Games and other content. The system can also channel several revenue generating third party services like Travel Services, Movie ticket booking, e-shopping, etc.

In this position Shyam was responsible for all the innovation activities across verticals (Medical, Automotive, Communication and Enterprise) in the company. He helped and directed various teams to conduct and validate relevant market research, define product and solution specification, evolve business plans and help structure and build teams.

Responsible for Innovations and Strategic initiatives of Adamya. Created C-Blue (world's smallest Bluetooth stack), C-BlueProf (Bluetooth profile suite), C-BlueBase (world's only software Bluetooth baseband) and several IPs and products in DSP, Wireless and embedded domain. Applied patent for Embedded Software Protection Scheme.

Started Adamya as a services company focusing on DSP, Wireless and Embedded Systems. Built the company from scratch to 100+ (at its peak), before merging it with KTwo in 2007. Acquired several marquee MNC and international customers and executed several complex projects for them.Instrumental in defining and executing business strategies, VC interactions and Merger process.

A full-fledged military radio communication system and network was conceptualized, designed and developed from scratch. The technology uses cellular concepts, though it was built in pre-GSM days. Complete link stations, base stations, vehicle mounted and hand-held radios were developed and manufactured. The system was deployed in the middle-east.

Worked in Communication R&D. Developed ISDN digital exchanges, digital phones and terminals, high-speed modems and several fundamental patentable DSP algorithms.

Worked in Powai Computer Center on business applications on Honeywell Bull mainframes.
