Manage payroll, manage parts supplies and maintain equipment. In other words, run it like it was your very own shop!10. The ability to manage a successful, current running shop. Complete with crew, fleet and massive walk in customers.

Build interpersonal business relationships with customers.Using outstanding selling skills to close and overcome any objectives.Implement suggestive selling as appropriate.Assist in problem solving and maintaining open communication.Provide price information, discount and promotion information to customers.Dispatches delivery of orders, as necessary, to comply with customer requests.Communicate with delivery personnel to ensure orders are delivered accurately.Rebuild old accounts by researching customer listings, calling to determine what area of service we can provide and determine shortcomings we can correct to regain business.Contribute to the LKQ Team by meeting and exceeding individual and company goals

Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.Provides functional guidance, training, support and assistance to lower level staff.Schedules work to ensure accurate phone coverage, monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution of problems.Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input.Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.All other duties as assigned.
