-Work included all of above barista tasks.-Shift Supervisor work included: a key holder position, responsible for opening or closing store.-Delegating tasks and maintaining order of the floor during shift, ensuring all tasks are done during the day, even during peak hours (cleaning,breaks, etc.)-Inventory or department counts daily, cash drops handling up to 1000-2000 dollars in cash at the end of the night.-Coaching team in the moment to encourage better work habits. (dress code, creating better connections with customers)-Help staff push UPH (units per hour) sales, suggestive up selling, sampling smart to bring more customer traffic.-Dealing with orders,ensuring to order enough inventory according to past sales and accurate inventory counts to make it to next order period.

-Thoroughly cleaning the store in a uniform food safe manner.-Bussing the tables and resetting them immediately between guest visits.emptying bus bin, and polishing glasses and cutlery to restock as needed.-Serving drinks, salads, ice cream from Front POS station.-Tending to the online and delivery system by ensuring all parts of every order are accounted for, and delivered properly.-Guest interaction at the POS station, having a thorough knowledge of all the menu items, including drinks and desserts to ensure guest with allergies and preferences are well accommodated for.-Managing flow of customers at door during high volume times, taking names, phone numbers and managing seating and pick up delivery orders to ease stress on both FOH and BOH partners.

-ensuring the safety and security of the set and staff-running breaks for the rest of the staff-taking orders and picking up/ dropping off food for other staff-setting up and taking down sets and equipment

-Preparing salon by ensuring all materials necessary were readily available and stocked for the day-cleaning the Salon throughout the day and completing a detail cleaning checklist nightly-Keeping detailed records of services performed.-answering telephone calls, booking appointments according the the schedule.-Responsibilities also include caring for animals in the salon (cats and dogs)-Following policies and procedures to ensure the safety of staff, pets and pet parents (using proper restraining equipment, personal protection equipment)-Using correct materials for each appointment (specials shampoos, brushes etc.)

Greeter/Seaters are responsible for giving guests a great first impression, providing a warm, friendly, prompt greeting, seating guests comfortably as soon as possible, promoting menu or bar items and/or specials, assisting servers and helping to maintain a clean, attractive environment for guests. Are able to communicate well with a wide variety of people in person and on the phone, build rapport, take pride in your appearance, can juggle multiple tasks at once and are attentive to detail. Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, seat guests in an organized and prompt manner, manage the lobby, be knowledgeable about menu items, specials and promotions in order to be able to make suggestions and answer questions with enthusiasm and confidence
