Analysis and defines measures/mitigation plan to improve supplier performance and drives the rollout in respective projects.•Promote ISO accreditation to suppliers (e.g. ISO9001);•Organize quarterly supplier performance evaluation (SPE) and reporting, including CW, TE, SAED, NPO, EME, LOGISTICS categories, make sure supplier SPE result reflect their actual delivery performance and risks being identified in time, make sure the outcome communicated with suppliers in time and mutual agreed;•Supplier Portfolio Management (SPM), organize SPM evaluation and supplier classifications (Strategy, Preferred, Approved, Conditional, Phase-Out), work out corresponding plan (development or phase-out);•Maintains & develops SPE evaluation templates for multiple categories (Skills, Quality, Delivery, Cyber Security/Data Protection, etc.) & scoring formulas by listen to feedbacks/pain points from relevant stakeholders;•Local materials item code application review and approval, trading compliance;•Others, such as contract negotiation and signing, etc.

• Creates & maintains Country/Project Procurement Strategies/Plans for specific categories (logistics, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, etc.)• Analyses supply market, anticipates changes and drives associated procurement activities.• Generate procurement strategy, make sure stakeholders are happy with it and reporting to Joint Review Board for approval;• Creates Central Warehouse sourcing strategy and implements supplier selection through best practice.• Warehouse service frame contract implementation (supplier selection);• SPMS (Spare Parts Management Service) contract extension/bidding, RFx/price negotiation to contracting with supplier.• Local transportation service contract extension/bidding, RFx/price negotiation to contracting with supplier. • Customs Clearance Service bidding and new supplier on-boarding for the category;• Trading compliance and BCM plan;

•Manages & interface for all the procurement related topics/procedures for IBC Project, including Service, materials and coordinates with relevant teams in alignment with the approved Category Strategy.•Accountable and responsible for all project procurement activities towards CT, and meet project requirements from bid phase until project closing.•Evaluates contracts (with support of the L&C) .
