He has significant experience assisting real estate investors, family offices, and private firms. For these clients Shylesh reviews partnership and financing agreements, provides accounting services for complex debt and equity transactions, analyzes real estate proformas, reviews monthly portfolio reports, facilitates estate planning transfers and gifts, and processes large volumes of multi-tiered entity tax returns.He is a board member of Healthcare and Elder Law Programs (H.E.L.P.), a not-for-profit organization providing free education, counseling, and referral sources to South Bay seniors and their families.
