Trouble shooting and maintenance of NOV Amphion system for drilling rigs.• Worked on Single board controllers(SBC),Wago Remote I/Os,Moxa switches and converters and associated software like SBC tool controllers, EDS config setting, moxa ring diagnosis software, Wago Boot P Server, Wago I/O check software etc.• Troubleshooting and maintenance of various pressure switches, pressure transmitters, temperature sensor, encoders, level sensors, proximity sensors etc. associated with various tool controllers of Amphion system.• Troubleshooting and maintenance of BOP/Accumulator control system: Worked on the associated pressure switches, PLC (Allen Bradley), remote BOP panels and datalogger(e-hawk software).• Troubleshooting and maintenance of Choke control system. Worked on the choke position sensors, pressure transmitters• Worked on various sensors associated with the ST-120 Roughneck,cathead and FORUM Pipe Wrangler5000(Catwak)• Troubleshooting of Generators by using CAT E.T software for Caterpillar Engines 3500B series.• Troubleshooting and Periodic maintenance of CCTV system.• Troubleshooting, maintenance and calibrating of H2S & LEL Gas Detection System. ( HONEY WELL Seiger system 57 & DETCON) • Troubleshooting and Maintenance of FIRELAST Fire Panel System & Multi smoke detectors for rig camp and main camp.• Troubleshooting, calibrating and repairing paging system (GAITRONICS)• Troubleshooting and preparing PC hardware and repairing Office LAN & WAN systems.(Rig Internet & Communication System, IP Telephone, printers, scanners )
