I am currently developing Future Skills Club - an online content platform aimed at 17-24 year olds. I also offer consultancy and soft skills training through www.sibeales.com and video production through www.sidedoor.studio Until Jan 22, I was a Senior/Principal Lecturer & Module Leader at Nottingham Trent University for 10 years. I created and managed numerous modules in branding, creativity and professional development, working with clients such as Burberry, Leviโs & Getty Images. I have also worked with Central Saint Martins, LCF and FIT New York. My qualifications include MA, PGCHE and FHE. Prior to becoming an academic, I worked in industry. Initially in marketing, with brands such as Adidas, Nike & Coca Cola. I then co-launched and managed fashion label, Sarah Arnett, winner of the UK Fashion Export Award. I have written for Vogue, The Guardian, BA Business Life, Psychologies and been a regular contributor to the BBC. I live in Nottingham with my family, Poppy the Spaniel, Coco the Cat and the occasional guinea pig.
