- Led strategic new product development project for Japan market to replace existing products.- Integrated local and foreign subject matter experts from various functions to cooperate for the project initiation and planning with thorough details.- Constructed the sophisticated project schedule with ~700 tasks, and facilitated the periodical meetings and reports for close control which contributed to successful project execution in both time and cost.- Went deepest possible into understanding each specific matter from manufacturing to different Quality control tests (functional, chemical, microbial), to the logic of Data submission to Japan Ministry of Health to understand each team member and their works as most as possible, plan the dependencies most efficiently, and insightfully proactively make decision and adjustment when issue arises.- Highlighted team achievements, led team to call for help, listened and empathized team situations, built team atmosphere to be fun and supportive, and stimulated achievable challenges.

- Led sterilization improvement project, sterilization validation of new product Reveos project.- Widened my experience which was UHT sterilization and pasteurization.- Understood the regulatory standards (ISO 17665-1, PDA, USP<1229>, etc.) for sterilization process design, development, qualification/ validation and routine production in validated state, and Quality Management System under ISO 13485:2016 and applicable standards.- Developed, reported to project manager, and controlled project tasks, schedule and cost: incorporated organization expertise, wrote protocols and led successful validation delivering 300,000 USD savings annually.- Led project technical communication, engaged multiple stakeholders, developed technical strategy, developed and managed tight project schedule, conducted trials of product design impact to sterilization ability and new microbial methods, wrote protocols, led development and validation of new Moist heat sterilization process (Super-heated water spray sterilizer) for new product Reveos planned for US market. The project successfully validated the sterilization process meeting all production and quality requirements including stringent ones from US FDA.

Bangkok

- Powder & liquid process design validation and machine URS development - Product's new recipe involvement - Equipment delivery logistics management, installation supervision and qualification - Process commissioning and technical acceptance. Project : Coffee creamer Plant (02/2015-03/2017) - Another brownfield and fast-track project (22 million CHF): 4 different installation areas to install new equipment at different stages of current process. - I had a great opportunity to study, install and commission both Dry and Wet process: Brambati roller grinder machines & roasted coffee bean pneumatic transport, Buhler bead mill machines, inline dosing process with Tetra Pak Almix batch mixers and scraped-surface heat exchanger as Pasteurization step, GEA powder handling for rework powder processing integrated to existing storage & dosing & mixing & CIP process & spray-dryer of existing plant, experience and manage well complete phases of project: product development, process & filling design & installation & commissioning, again in good cooperation with the factory in standard safety and hygiene. - Though it was highly challenge in different culture environment, it was hard at beginning but finally I found great connection with team to cooperate well and achieve mutual results together. Project : Stick pack line Project, Coffee creamer Plant (03/2017-06/2018) - After planned assignment, it was a pleasure to have additional assignment: a medium scale project (1.7 million CHF) to design, install and commission a new filling and packing line of stick pack with Mespack multilane stick pack filling machine, automatic stick counting machine, conveyors, new Mettler Toledo Xray machine, case cartoner, weight checker. The complete new filling and packing line was installed and commissioned safely successfully without any impact to quality of surrounding running production line thanks to great team cooperation.

During RTD MILO milk project, I experience :- Powder and liquid process design - Product's new recipe development- Project budget & scope management- Equipment delivery logistics management- Process installation, installed process qualification - Process commissioning and adjustment- A brownfield and fast-tracking project resulted in a very challenging situation which required abnormal & creative working method and additional effort.- Attending from the beginning of the designing phase till commissioning period, I had a great opportunity to experience the full progress of developing a milk process, building the proper plant layout, coordinating cleverly equipment installation paralleled with civil works in a project area inside a running milk factory, initiative conflict solving, supervising the installation and commissioning schedule and consistently keep the high standard of process installation for successful process commissioning and plant start-up.- Through both right decision and painful mistakes I experience in this project, I find myself growing up and shaping a good project engineer, also confident to face any challenging jobs in my future career.
