In my previous role as a senior hotel receptionist, my job role includes: offering exceptional customer service to all guests. To ensure the customer experiences the brand values that Premier Inn has to offer. Equally to communicate with all departments efficiently, to ensure consistency while dealing with in-house brand standard objectives and tasks. As a retail supervisor, my job role included: general cashiering duties, replenishing stock and ordering new stock, using in-house computer systems, dealing with customer complaints and queries. Setting up new merchandising equipment, ensuring health and safety requirements were adhered and up to date, supervising in-house departments by updating the team with new company protocols and procedures.
