(2017)o Conducted a qualitative study on the Impact of the Kachin Humanitarian Response Program on the Karuna Myanmar Social Service (KMSS) organization and its staff in 2016.

o Supported Essential Health Service Assessment Project (EHSAP) team of World Bank Group and Ministry of Health and Sports in developing Disbursement Linked Indicator (DLI) System in 2015 and 2016. DLI are part of result based financing system. DLI values are measured annually as a basic for the calculation of disbursement amount for upcoming project years. Trainings to Township Medical Officers, Township Health Nurses and Health Assistant I(one)s from 150 Townships across the country on DLI reporting in 2016 and 2017, from 325 Townships in 2018.

1. Coordinate with programme sections to ensure that monitoring systems are in place and properly designed, that key programme indicators are tracked and analysed, and that data collection and analysis from field visits are coordinated and standardised across programmes to feed into programme performance monitoring; 2. Contribute to development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation capacity building plans/activities for UNICEF staff, national government partners and institutions. Pay particular attention so the evaluation capacity of national government partners will be strengthened by involvement in evaluation processes;3. Support Programme Sections on the design and implementation of operational research and studies including situation analysis, studies, rapid assessments/ surveys and preparation of statistical summaries;4. Make professional contributions to and provide technical assistance for the planning and establishing of major research, monitoring and evaluation objectives, priorities, and activities in UNICEF’s multi-year and annual Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation Plans; 5. Technically support programme sections to formulate Terms of Reference and evaluation designs of high quality in compliance with the organization’s programme evaluation policies and guidelines. Monitor and ensure that a management response to the findings and recommendations of the evaluation is completed, recorded, and followed up for implementation;6. Support knowledge management of social policy, monitoring and evaluation by contributing to technical presentations, briefing and advocacy materials, producing workshop reports etc.,7. Support development of SPME (Social Policy, Monitoring and Evaluation) section’s work plans, Annual Review Reports, Country Office Annual Reports, and Country Programme related documents.

o As the leader of M&E Unit of the organization, provide Monitoring and Evaluation support to different types of projects: Agricultural project; Community forestry project, Agro-enterprise development projects, Saving and loan projects, Community based health projects, HIV education projects, PLHA care and support projects, Water and sanitation projects, Emergency response projectso Provide Monitoring and Evaluation capacity building to CARE staff and staff from partner organizationso Work together with program development team in development of proposal to different donorso Take a leading role in conducting baseline surveys of projects: which includes questionnaire preparation based on logframe indicators; sampling; training to survey enumerators and supervisors; supervising data collection, data entry and data analysis; and report writingo Set up activity tracking systems for projects which capture activity and output related information of different objectives of projectso Set up outcome monitoring systems for projects which capture outcomes at different stages of the projects, using qualitative tools like FGDso Consolidate outputs of activity tracking systems and outcome monitoring systems and provide information for annual donor reports and mid-term review reportso Provide required information to external evaluators for final evaluation of projectso Conduct initial rapid assessments in emergency situations: Northern Rakhine State Flood, Cyclone Giri, Eastern Shan State Earthquake coordination with different organizations

As a member of CARE Program Quality Team, ensure the qualty and accountability of programs curreltly running, support program team in program developments using lessons learned and best practices.Participate in Inception Workshops at project start-ups to ensure project staff to understand project desing, develop monitoring and evaluation plan, activity plan and costed workplan. Design and implement two BCI pilot projects in Mandalay and Kayah.Conduct situation analysis relating water, sanitation and hygiene promotion at Delta Region, conduct a training/workshop to mobilize hygine promotors (volunteers), draw activity plan, development monitoring and evaluation plan and feedback mechanism.As a gender focal person of CARE Myanmar country office, assist Gender advisor in delivering gender message to staff and community, gender analysis of current program and gender mainstreaming in current programs in development of future programs.Conduct training/workshop at area offices to build capicity of staff in Behavior Change Communication, Monitoring and Evaluation system and tools and Analytical Skills. Assist program staff to develop, implement, review and evaluate communications strategies to ensure that messages are consistent with project goals and objectives.Coordinate IEC/BCC and training materials development and related activities together with program staff.

Manage the project which objective is to reduce vulnerability and morbidity from locally endemic diseases by improving knowledge and practices of the population in some villages in Kanpetlet Township, Southern Chin State.Advocate project activities to local authorities, religious leaders, village leaders and community members.Provide supervision and technical support to field project officers, community facilitators, community health volunteers and village health promoters.Facilitate in formation of Village Health Committees and supervising the committees in taking actions in response to local health needs.Advocate women participation in village development activities.Establish and renovate the gravity flow water supply systems in villages. Review existing project outputs and indicators so as to ensure that they are appropriate and realistic.Provide quality written progress reports to CARE Myanmar Country Office and Donor.

Provide health care services to target beneficiaries, Myanmar migrants, in collaboration with health staff from Phang-Nga PPHO through WVFT stationary and a mobile clinic: Family Planning, Maternal and Child Health (ANC, Safe delivery, PNC, Diarrhoea, Acute Respiratory Infections for children under 5 years old,), Sexually transmitted diseases, HIV/AIDS and treatment of general patients.Develop and implement a monitoring system to ensue the project interventions and their outcomes by maintaining a project database and feed information particularly with regard to service delivery to produce regular monthly, quarterly and annual project progress reports in accordance with donor guidelines (for both UNFPA and GF II projects). Provide supervision and support to frontline social networkers (FSNs), project peer trainers (PTs), social network groups (SNGs) and community health volunteers (CHVs) and community members to carry out activities according to a detailed implementation planLiaise with local authorities, Provincial public health officers (PPHO) and other stakeholdersAdminister a project financial system which includes planning, monitoring and reporting project budget in accordance with WVFT and donor requirements, in collaboration with project coordinator and Technical AdvisorUndertake day-to-day administration of the project to ensure smooth operation of project interventionsDevelop and produce IEC materialsAttend workshops on monitoring and evaluation, reproductive health and counseling
