● Setting up CPOCs for customers.● Testing and verifying the Catalyst 9K features: ISSU, SVL, xFSU, DNAC, App-Hosting. ● Preparing the ASAc, SVL, ISSU labs for the events such as Cisco Live, SEVT.● Reviewing the old GIR TDMs to meet with newly released switches.● Overseeing the lab spaces, inventory management, and logistic of the devices for EFT, loaners, and events.● Overseeing appropriate level software installations and upgrades and related software packages in the labs.

1. Installation, administration, configuration for new Cisco Catalyst Switches and topologies, help build CPOC, demo setup with servers, Cat9K switches and routers to support TME, Project Managers, Sales Engineers and Customers2. Building various DNAC topologies, setting up SD-Access underlay and overlay, migrating ISE with DNAC, implementing and introducing new products and features to PMs and give feedback to TMEs and engineers; 3. Events preparation – Work with organizer and provide the demo gears to events, demos, conferences and trade shows. Support locally for remote live demo shows and trainings4. Inventory management and logistics supporting for EFT, demos, conference and trade shows. Manage multiple projects, providing deliverables in a timely fashion 5. Installation and administration of complex hosts such as Windows and Ubuntu Clients, Server 2008 & 2012, Oracle and manage with Virtual Box, and VMware Vsphere and share resources between enterprise users.6. Monitoring and tuning appropriate systems to ensure optimum level of performance. 7. 1. Manage and maintain on-going maintenance on IT and its equipments such as internet network server, computer, printers, copier, scanner, fax, and etc.2.
