⏩ Perform office clerical duties in support of Front Office Department⏩ Act as a receptionist; answers the telephone provides information⏩ Handle guest concerns, questions and then react quickly and professionally⏩ Follow Hotel policies, procedures and service standards⏩ Other duties as assigned

⏩ Provide support to Singapore Table Tennis Team Manager in planning and managing all required plans⏩ Perform and assist with preparatory work on pre-games/tournament and games time, training camps, facilities and accommodation⏩ Perform administrative duties for Singapore Table Tennis Team, and be prepared to provide additional support to the team at times of need⏩ Offer wider team support during visits,recces, events and other busy periods
