Olivesoap is a 501-C3 nonprofit that provides financial support for animal welfare and humanitarian causes by donating all business proceeds. So far, Olivesoap has raised and donated over $8,000 and provided over 28,000 meals for animals in need.

Worked to develop a report regarding the result of 100 employee and employer surveys gathered across a variety of industries, such as retail and medicine. I analyzed the files of each interview, summarized the discussed problems and solutions, and categorized the interviews based on industry and common trends.
