• To support and work with Production, Process & Product Engineering group on yield and quality improvement• To be responsible for process capability , quality performance, product manufacturability, process yield target, measurement and achievement• Assist Equipment Test Engineer on machine simulation when any process issue occur to eliminate scratches & crack issue• Perform daily checking on machine to make sure in good condition• Troubleshooting machine with technician to solve machine failure such as parts stuck & loosing yield

• Manage and lead AFM & Metrology equipment to achieve machine uptime > 98 %• Perform calibration, correlation, GR & R, create / edit new program or recipe, troubleshooting & Planning / scheduling Preventive Maintenance below equipment : I. Atomic Force Microscope ( A.F.M. ) ICON & Park SystemsII. Fast Spot Spectroscopic Ellipsometer ( Model : M-2000X ) JA Woollams III. Raman Spectroscopy machineIV. Tencor Profiler P-16 ( KLA-Tencor )V. Wyko A.P.T.R. ( Auto Pole Tip Recession - Model : 9800 )• Work with Process Engineer from Front End, Clean Room, Back End, Cleaning team & QA group to eliminate process issue.• Work with production team to make sure process flow smoothly.• Preparing Machine Instruction ( MI ) & Process Instruction ( PI ).• Run experiments, analysis, provide data collection, compiling & keep track record.
