I manage a team who resource 25+ nationwide technical consultants who deliver printing and scanning software and technology into our customers. I organize their diaries and allocate the resource based on their skills and location. I also coordinate the purchasing and renewal of software licenses as well as communicate and facilitate customer support agreements on an on-going basis. My role is to assist my manager with the team, ensure they are confident in the work they do and help with any issues or queries they may come across within the role. Any new staff members are trained by me with the help of the current team. I also manage the KPI’s within the team by tracking them weekly. I send these to my line manager on a monthly basis, highlighting any training issues.This is a high pressured and demanding role that requires strong focus and assertion and over the years I have developed an invaluable reputation within Ricoh in delivering against all my targets and expectations.

This is a highly responsible role which requires a lot of trust and integrity. Argos customers phone up to register Argos and Homebase store cards. I undertook the security check with customers to make sure I am speaking to the cardholder and once that is obtained I offer suitable insurance products and services. This role also covers customer service type calls to support any issues and enquiries.Whilst working for Argos Home Retail Group I developed strong Microsoft Office skills by assisting with administrative reporting tasks including staff bonuses. I have also developed strong team leadership skills as I also looked after my team in my managers absence, this role included creating and submitting reports into senior management.
