About Sian Barlow

I love working with and supporting people, always have done. As a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Health coach and phlebotomist I'm dedicated to helping people to feel healthy and well. Sadly many of us suffer ill health due to lack of support or access to the right support and I want to try and change that. My work is to support organisations and individuals looking to improve their wellbeing and access services, guidance and support they need. I have particular interests in areas of fatigue & energy, mental health, immunity and hormonal health.I'm passionate about the fact that health shouldn't be the privilege of those financially well-off. Everyone should get access to what they need and long-term my aim is to take more of my work into communities. My current role at the Bromley-by-Bow Centre is enabling me to do this as part of a service within the East London Cardiovascular DIsease Prevention Team. I'm coaching people who are recovering from heart attacks and heart surgery to improve their health and supporting them in accessing services they need to reduce stress and therefore future risk.

Through research I sought support from a nutritional therapist and functional medicine practitioner who guided me through, supporting me back to better health. Inspired by this and my love of all things food and the body I retrained and am passionate about helping others improve their health both individually and with teams in the workplace. I now work with people who suffer digestive symptoms, detox issues, fatigue, illness, stress and hormonal imbalances.
