Working as a sales assistant in the newly opened Basingstoke store, I regularly achieved and beat my sales targets and had excellent and up to date product knowledge. I scored 91% in a mystery shop, one of the highest at the time for my store.I also assisted the store manager in training my colleagues on the products, focusing mainly on knowledge of gem stones to assist in our sales techniques.I became the in-store visual merchandiser in 2011 and regularly achieved the top scores on our displays. My scores helped us to achieve the 2nd highest achieving Pandora store in the UK in 2012.
