In this role I provide service delivery management across a number of different products and customers. I am also the Product Owner for the professional development suite of products BPAC CS has developed including the InPractice Recertification programme. Within InPractice we currently have over 2000 active members across 37 sub-specialties of medicine making us the most diverse medical recertification programme on offer.

I am the Pharmacy Lead in this large transformation project. Essentially the programme is all about modernising the agreements and payment systems which enable the management of agreements, and distribution of around $10 billion annually in payments to Funders and Providers of health and disability community-based care. This is a multi-year programme of work and will provide greater flexibility to implement the recommendations of the Health and Disability Sector Review.

In this role I work as part of the National Digital Services Project Office Team and I am responsible for a broad range of administrative duties across the entire contractor lifecycle. I co-ordinate information flow for all contractor onboarding within our Directorate; including writing funding memo applications, onboarding new contractors, managing the contractor database and compiling contractor status reports, contributing to the effective management of contractor engagements and budgets.
