Bringing together combined experience of over a decade, we felt an outsourced business with our knowledge and expertise had a lot to offer.Lion&Bear soon became the go-to business within the industry for admin support. When growing the admin support team at Lion&Bear the aim was simple, we are big supporters of mother's in business and wanted to open opportunities for mother's like us, who had the industry experience, but needed flexibility to return to work.Whilst building the L&B brand, we realised how passionate we were about opening flexible working opportunities and had witness first-hand how productive it could be. We found there were very limited opportunities for flexible working within the industry, especially for return-to-work parents. The next step was to become the go-to recruiters within the flexi market, to build an L&B team who could provide a solution and become an extended member to your team.
