I'm passionate about using data and innovation to optimise energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance customer satisfaction. As Director of Energy Services, I oversee a team of energy managers, heat network managers and customer service advisors, who deliver a range of energy solutions to a portfolio of residential Managing Agents. Solutions vary from energy procurement, to heat network energy audits, and metering and billing services. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement new energy services and products that leverage data analytics, artificial intelligence, and modern technology.
