I am an experienced Leader and mentor. I am currently in my 2nd year, studying a Master's in Medical Education at Queen Mary University London and work as a Clinical Educator in the Clinical Academy within the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. I have extensive experience in mentoring, coaching and developing clinicians in their clinical and leadership roles. Having worked in a large private MSK Physiotherapy company for 10 years I built a strong reputation of developing colleagues in their clinical skills, providing 1-2-1 and group mentoring and teaching in MSK skills. I developed a Clinical Mentoring Development programme for my colleagues to enhance their mentoring and leadership skills which was delivered across the company, with great effect, feedback and positive legacy. In my current role as a Clinical Educator, I use my growing knowledge of education and past experience to support the delivery of credit-rated courses across the LGT Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust to Nursing, Midwifery and AHP staff. I have built a extensive resources for faculty and students to enhance academic skills, course delivery and ethical AI use and assessment. I deliver regular teaching in mentoring and coaching and support the delivery of clinical competencies. I have managed a varied caseload of patients (NHS, MedicoLegal, private and self funded), assessing, treating and supporting them to reach their goals back to pre-injury fitness. I am passionate about helping my patients restore their quality of life using manual therapy techniques, exercise rehabilitation, education and lifestyle management.
