My role involved ensuring that all guests to the lounge on home match days had an enjoyable match day experience. This involved taking customer orders, serving drinks, clearing away crockery, maintaining high standards of customer service and health and safety as well as initially dealing with customer queries and complaints, in a busy, fast paced environment.
