Responsible for the day to day management and delivery of processes and tasks, and contributing towards delivering efficient and quality management for Client’s across all service levels and products. A variety of administrative, financial and management responsibilities whilst overseeing relationships with all key stakeholders (Advertisers/Client, Publishers and Agencies) across Europe and beyond.First-line support for publisher and advertiser enquiries on the team’s portfolio of programs. Reporting and analysis for key clients.Respond and action Client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner within agreed service level agreements (SLA’s) whilst maintaining quality at all times.Logging all Client enquires via the internal system (CRM)Documenting and undertaking all Client specific requirements and processes ensuring records are maintained.Management of invoicing administration.Monitor and audit the performance of the programs via Tradedoubler’s proprietary advanced reporting intelligence suite, Daily monitoring of results on your program portfolio, Attend regular calls with clients to assess customer satisfaction, provide consultancy and discuss new strategies to implement.

Managing a team of both Front of House and Back of House team members in a busy, fast paced environment. Responsible for the running of the business in the absence of upper management. Also responsible for stock, cash, locking up and team incentives.
