- Assisting on a variety of projects including Luxury E-commerce support at Selfridges & Matches Fashion along with assisting on editorials for Dazed & Confused, Modern Weekly & Vogue Ukraine.- Composing and Managing call in requests- Assisting with location/ concept research- Booking/ Managing couriers both domestic and international- Assisting on set with steaming, dressing models, compiling credits- Managing the returns process - packaging, checking out samples, arranging collections/drop offs

-Creating looks suitable for potential customers based on the assigned style Aesthetic-Learning the core Thread Aesthetics and the customer profiles that fit into each -Using Asana in order to report and correct tagged product -Providing feedback/ improvement suggestions on own and fellow Stylists work -Creating collections of product in order to make the creation process more efficient-Participating in team meetings in order to provide suggestions/improvements on the building process

- Attending press showrooms/ appointments on behalf of Stylist - Scheduling / Booking appointments including client, press showroom & media - Developing & Maintaining relationships with PR firms both London Based & International- Assisting with celebrity client Fittings and taking notes accordingly- Dressing models on set- Managing the recruitment process for interns/ fellow assistants- Submitting expenses/ redirecting invoices- Extensive inbox management/ email correspondence management - Organising couriers/ International Carnets - Moodboard research / creation - Maintaining a high level of organisation - Stylist Kit, Supplies, Storage

-Assisting with show invitation preparation and distribution-Assisting the security team Backstage - checking guest lists/VIP ect-Greeting guests and helping with seat allocation-Following direction and reporting back to the team-Working in a fast paced high intensity environment
