About Sian Barnell
In my current role as Social Enterprise Lead at Archer Project Enterprises (APE) I am working closely to provide supported employment for people who have lived experience of street homelessness alongside other challenging life experiences. My role is to support our staff on a day to day basis by developing skills that will eventually lead them on to employment elsewhere. I also work alongside the Managing Director of APE to help grow and develop our two social enterprises 'Printed By Us' and 'Just Clean' to be able to continue to help more people build skills and confidence to continue to live stable lives here in Sheffield.
