• Handling all marketing related matters through identifying marketing opportunities such as sponsorships and exhibitions from external clients• Develop, maintain & manage market related agreements, partnerships and liaising with media specialists through face to face meetings, Skype calls, email communication and telephone.• Updating TCI websites- writing of press releases for specific events• Writing and editing media releases relevant to all conferences and market related events, for internal and external publication• Grasping social media opportunities and identifying allies for growth• Identifying media partners, endorsements and sponsors for the different events being organised by TCI• Responsible for overseeing queries and closing sales for registration purposes on respective events • Liaising with the database & coordination departments to ensure effective marketing strategies for each event as per database and coordination targets. • Assisting project managers with email campaigns and marketing for each event • Liaising with and partnering with online and print media partners prior to and post events/conferences who promote the events
