Stakeholder management to build regional partnerships and SME engagement with the start-up programme.

Successfully pitched a business plan proposal to Coventry City Council for re-purposing of a disused space in the city centre - securing use of a gallery space for a 12 month start-up pilot project, which was extended to 18 months due to its success, and is now continuing as an ongoing development scheme for young curators, supported by Arts Council England.During the 2012/14 pilot project:• 13 visual art exhibitions were hosted, including local, national and international artists• 38 artists were supported with professional development• 13 children's centres and schools were involved in an education programme• 12 volunteers were regularly employed and supported to go on to find paid work/further study in the arts• Over £12,000 funding was directly raised through bid writing to support creative development, with Roots Gallery also supporting bids made by individual artists to develop their own practice (including Arts Council England and National Lottery).

(Fixed-term contract) Managed the commission of three new art installations at The Hive Library, Worcester - which was successfully opened by Her Majesty the Queen at a ceremony in 2012 where the artworks were unveiled to the public. Additionally, provided support to the Mead Gallery in designing and delivering ongoing programme of exhibitions and events and managing the University Art Collection.
