I lead on all strategic employee relations matters and the delivery of organisational change programmes to deliver the business objectives and develop and maintain the desired culture.I lead and facilitate effective team working within the Interflora executive Group providing facilitation, coaching and other required interventions.I lead, manage and motivate all component aspects of the HR function for the organisation, providing a HR service that ensures the current and future needs of the business are successfully achieved. I ensure that all Interflora HR policies and practices adhere to and promote compliance with employment legislation and best practice in relation to HR managementI set and deliver an Internal Communications strategy.
