Siang Hwee has always been a hands-on person where his passion lies in arts & design, home renovation & engineering related stuffs. You will not be surprise seeing him getting his hands dirty on site and doing crazy DIY stuffs!His career was intensively involved mainly in Civil & Engineering-related field across industries.In 2002, Siang Hwee started his career with the Land Transport Authority (Road Infrastructures Management) where he was greatly involved in maintenance of road infrastructure/facilities of the transportation system in Singapore. During his service with the Authority, he handled major projects such as Nicoll Highway collapse & restoration works, upgrading of bus shelters in CBD district, supervision & inspection works at CTE/KPE tunnels. He was also a site staff for Mobile Operation Command Post of LTA Emergency Planning Team.In 2008, Siang Hwee has hopped on board the IR projects and entered Themepark industry - The Universal Studios Singapore® where he executed project management skills in planning, organizing and managing resources from the design stage till the successful completion/opening of the renowned theme park Universal Studios Singapore® during his 2-years project-based involvement in Resorts World Sentosa.Year 2011, Siang Hwee was involved in the production management of an event company, from the design, conceptualised, feasibility studies till the execution stage of the entire setup for various international brands such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Fendi, Lexus, MCM Beijing China, etc.After being in the industries for couple of years, Siang Hwee moved on to Certification & Inspections industry where he took up the role of Lead Auditor/Product Certification Inspector. He had performed value-added ISO quality, environmental, health and safety management system audits for major clients such as the Ministries, MNCs, local SMEs and Concrete Producers. He is also a certified Lead Auditor with SAC, UKAS, JAS-ANZ and ANAB accreditation.Siang Hwee turned Associate ISO Auditor with various Certification Bodies in 2016.Siang Hwee also believe in continuous learning as he progress. He had attained:• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor's Course (BCSS) in 1999• ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor Course (Neville Clarke) in Aug 2011• Certificate in Concrete Technology (BCA Academy) in Mar 2012.• ISO 45001: 2018 Train-The-Trainer Training Course (BSI) in Apr 2018.• Renovation for Public Housing (BCA Academy) in Jun 2020
