★ Supporting young people to set up and manage Amnesty Groups within second and third level education. Working with 60 groups nationwide.★ Providing ongoing support across numerous campaigns and training members on key skills including creative campaigning skills. ★ Producing and distributing monthly email bulletins and campaign materials.★ Co-ordinating the School Speaker Network consisting of 28 participants. Secured funding from Sport Relief to deliver a sports programme.★ Trained 15 members of staff within Northern Ireland Youth Forum to enhance knowledge around working with individuals with an ID.★ Worked with British Youth Council training young people with an ID to represent their issues in parliament.★ Networked and publicised work of the Down’s Syndrome Association with Statutory organisations, Community and Youth Groups.★ Co-ordinated 15 week programme to develop and direct a youth play.
