As part of the Senior Leadership in the Design & Digital Solutions team. My role involves fostering an environment that encourages individual growth and enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness. Some of my key responsibilities include:Design & Digital Triage: I’m proud to have established a centralized system that efficiently supports over 1000 individuals requiring design and digital help. Our unique ‘One Process Pathway’ ensures requests are directed to the right people, providing essential support from RFP support, general advice and guidance to design and digital deliverables. Whilst also capturing valuable data to guide process improvements.Vendor Management: Working closely with our studio and finance managers, I oversee our vendor processes, balancing the need for additional resources with budget management allows us to adapt and react as needed.Data Analysis: Not for everyone, but I love using tools like Excel and PowerBI to analyze our data. This analysis helps us identify profitable areas, areas of overservice, and opportunities for improvement.System & Process Streamlining: Informed by data, and speaking with different people involved in a workstream, I like to get to the root of the systems and processes being used, and look for ways to improve efficiencies and ways of working to maximize opportunities and ensure our team operates at peak efficiency at the same time as creating an environment where people can have meaningful working relationships along the way. Team Collaboration & Development: I’m passionate about fostering a collaborative culture within the team. I believe in the power of open communication and teamwork. Moreover, I find immense satisfaction in investing in the professional development of team members, helping them grow and reach their full potential.

Digital Project Director working within the OPEN Health in-house digital team to support global practices with digital strategy and execution.

The purpose of my role is was manage the efficient delivery of digital projects and programmes, on time and within budget for key clients, whilst maintaining and developing long-term relationships both internally and externally.This includes:- Acting as an effective interface between the Creative, User Experience and Technical teams, Account Managers and the client- Ability to understand the wider business needs of the client and take an overview of the users’ needs in the project- Ability to communicates well at all levels- Expert at balancing time, budget and scope- Producer of workable plans, defining priorities and setting realistic milestones and deadlines- Ability to secure the resources to achieve a plan and adapt as the project progresses- Adept at prioritising and separating the urgent from the less important- Solid understanding of standard PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and uses them appropriately- Good understanding of the resource (and other) costs involved in producing a project - Takes personal responsibility for making things happen- Generates a high degree of enthusiasm, promotes positive team spirit and maintains moral

During my time as a Project Manager, some of my key achievements included: managing the upgrade of an existing 60,000 member .Net website for HiPP Organic; I successfully won and subsequently managed a project to create a core CMS solution for Pearson, a global publishing company; and I project led a web team in defining the functionality and user experience for the online presence of a large charity (WRVS). I also successfully coordinated the internal implementation of a central cost and project management system (Synergist), enabling jobs, projects and timesheets all to be linked together in one application.

I initially joined Creative Jar as a Junior Website Designer, and within 3 months had dropped the Junior title. I learned a huge amount in my first years, and developed my Photoshop and Design skills. As part of the role, I also developed the website front end HTML/CSS files across a multitude of sites used by the ASP developers to integrate in their work. This initial diversity helped me enormously in my subsequent Project Management role.
