During my time as Global HR Communicator for AllianzGI, I was seconded internally to lead the global project to refresh the company intranet. I was responsible for:- Overseeing the technical design, features and functionalities of the new intranet platform- Acting as a liaison between the business and external vendors- Project planning and timelines.

HRT is a global change program encompassing around 60 projects. It is a highly complex, fast-moving environment that requires cultural sensitivity and a flexible communications approach. As Head of Communications, I had two roles.Manage communications for the central program team: - Maintain and execute global communications plan, ensuring appropriate.

I worked across all industry sectors, including government, private, banking and finance and telecommunications. Operating in both the contract and permanent space, I handled roles from entry to senior management, across all IT disciplines.

In April 2008 Peoplebank tendered for and won a project to in-source Red Bull's distribution, which had previously been handled by Cadbury-Schweppes. The project involved the initial drafting of position descriptions, developing attraction strategies, and managing the entire recruitment process and face-to-face interviewing of over 500 candidates.

Part of the New Business Development Team, created shortly before I started at Greythorn, my role was to add value to PSA (Preferred Supplier Agreed) clients by acting as a single point of contact for contractors working at those companies.

Technical role ensuring all content put to air on SPTelecommunications station "ABC Asia Pacific" was correct. Responsibilities included:- Recording and airing live news and sport- Quality assurance - Maintaining the broadcast computers (Air Bosses) - Monitoring partner radio station.

During this period I travelled overseas, living and working in London, and traveling through India, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Wales, Czech Republic, Spain and Thailand. I also worked in retail and later as a Freelance Journalist. I wrote articles and copy for magazines including Hunter Lifestyles, and Hunter Valley Wine Country, as well as promos.

After performing in Accounts Payable temping positions and receiving positive feedback from clients, I was asked to work for the agency who had placed me. Supporting their top biller, I performed reference checks, face-to-face and phone screens and some resourcing functions.
