I am a successful senior management professional with over 20 years proven performance and experience in a variety of sectors in Australia and the UK. Sectors include not-for-profit, government, academia, business, environment and education. I have a reputation for integrity, building strong relationships, and being driven to achieve the best outcomes for all involved in a project. I have developed, fundraised for, delivered and managed a diverse range of projects including capital development projects, water conservation and renewable energy programs, industry Awards, seminars and 5-star events. I have achieved consistent outcomes, even during turbulent economic times and through organisational restructures. In 2006 I moved to the UK and effectively established a career in a different country and specialist sector, six years of which were spent working for one of the UK’s top 500 charities. I have also been self-employed, building a profitable and successful consultancy in Australia (seven years) and the UK (two years).I am proud to have contributed to the strategic development and success of several organisations and am thankful to the many dedicated and inspiring people I have been fortunate to work with over the years. I have returned to Australia and have recently completed a 6 month (interim) contract with Lifeline Australia.
