Accountable for developing and executing Kingfisher’s employer brand, talent attraction and recruitment marketing strategy. This is a key strategic role with the Group Talent Acquisition function, working closely with internal and external partners to embed, measure and manage our employer brand whilst also translating current and future demands across all functions into recruitment marketing strategies that are commercially sound and operationally deliver results whilst being bold, innovative and inclusive!

Responsible for managing, coaching and developing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals (4 in total) and leading on the hiring strategy and delivery for Kingfisher's Group Functions across the UK, Romania & Turkey. This is very much a player coach role with responsibility for hiring while leading on key strategic initiatives. Using technology to drive process efficiencies to scale hiring, and own resource planning & prioritisation within the TA team. Whilst collaborating and partnering closely with the the wider People team, Functional Leaders and HR Business Partners to understand business needs, (forecasting, headcount planning and attrition) and to understand their challenges; acting as a trusted advisor to help shape and deliver talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring growth plans; whilst delivering against Kingfisher's responsible business strategy with a key focus on Inclusion & Diversity within recruitment.
