I grew up in Melbourne, Australia, the middle daughter of Greek immigrant parents whospoke English with heavy accents. My upbringing, coupled with my ethnicity, profoundlyshapes my approach to business as a communication professional. Our discussions quickly turned to weekly calls about shared experiences and concerns for professionalism, business communication, and exceptional leaders. What we discovered over the course of many hour-long weekly chats, provided us with a cascade of realizations that fit our uniqueness and individual purpose. We are complex and curious, and we discovered that what is “wrong” with us, is exactly what is “right” with us.
