I have more than 5 years of experience in the field of Istrumentation & Control Engineering. Key skills include Installation, Start-Up, Maintenance of instrumentation items of Naphtha Cracker Unit and Naphtha Cracker Associated Unit for Haldia Petrochemicals Limited. Engineering and Project execution for Indian Oil Corporation Limited.Responsibilities range from: - Testing, Installation, Pre Commissioning & commissioning of varieties of Field instruments & Process Control Systems.- Review of instrument specification sheets, P&IDs, Plot plans Loop Drawings, Graphical Displays and Layout Drawings of Control Panels & Hardware Rack Room Cabinets, I/O listing of ESD, DCS , Fire and Gas Detector Layout Drawings and other relevant documents.- Review and modification of Cause & Effect Diagrams, Interlock Logic Diagrams, Functional Block Diagrams of Emergency Shutdown System (ESD), Fire & Gas System (F&G), Distributed Control System(DCS).- Participation in factory Acceptance Test (FAT), site acceptance test (SAT) of Honeywell ESD/DCS systems.- Well conversant in Foundation Fieldbus Instruments and Control systems.- Review of datasheets of various field instruments, Cable schedules required for project execution.- Implementation and functionality checking of ESD Logics and complex control schemes in DCS.- Hands on experience in Honeywell TPS DCS (GUS Release 650), Honeywell Experion R310, Honeywell Safety Manager, Triconex TMR PLC, Bently Nevada Machine Monitoring System (3500), ICS Trusted & Regent Plus ESD PLC System. - Handling sourcing through identification of cost effective vendors/ suppliers with an aim of reducing cost while improving quality & reliability. - Handling negotiation, finalization and awarding of contracts for procurement of different equipment required in the plant.- Planning and estimation of instrumentation works. - Acquaintance with international Engineering & Safety standards for Petroleum industries.;
